To execute a reliable workflow in order to contribute to a highly effective and efficient logistic processing to support our customer’s needs with a quality first mind set in everything we do. All supported by an ERP system and in accordance with the QMS (quality management system) and SOP’s (standard operation procedures)

The Warehouse Specialists primary responsibilities include:

 Troubleshooting:

• Fix first line (daily and/or “standard”) problems when they occur and ensure the process can continue in a timely and compliant matter;
• Analyze problems to identify trends and lead or support resolving them at the source;
• Assist and support Supervisor in providing objective operations feedback related to improvements.

 Training feedback:

• Check the efficiency of the trainings finished by employees;
• Support the supervisors in providing adequate and objective feedback to employees.

 Warehouse administration:

• Perform (daily) tasks in the ERP/WMS systems, to make sure the workflow will continue in an effective and efficient matter;
• Ensure that operational data (e.g. statistics, daily report out) is available for the coordinator/supervisor, to enable daily reviews and daily start-up of the operations;
• Working and reporting in different/multiple (external) systems;
• Check internal documentation, like check forms, are compliant, signed and completed on time;
• Create documentation and be responsible for following up;
• Communication with internal/external stakeholders.

 For Quarantine & Returns:

• Processing Returns/MDR/SI/RTS;
• Rework and administration of NC items. Ensure the workflow continuity by supporting the warehouse operators in their day-to-day tasks.
