Key responsibilities We are looking for an ambitious individual (m/f/d) that is keen to progress their career to a diverse role combining all aspects of Finance.

• Reconciling Company Bank Accounts on daily basis
• Processing all Vendor Bills
• Raising Customer Invoices
• Accounts Receivable Management
• Processing Payment Runs
• Prepare Weekly Cash Forecasts
• Preparation and Submission of VAT Returns
• Specifying and analyzing various suspense accounts
• Assistance with SAP Rollout
• Assist with Annual Budgeting
• Ensure the correct application of accounting standards (e.g. IFRS)
• Produce accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external parties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making across the organisation
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers
• Facilitate Internal and External Audit

Qualifications and skills

• HBO working and thinking level; 5 years of work experience in a similar position.
• HBO education in Business Economics/Accountancy.
• Extensive experience with automated data processing (Navision & SAP).
• Experienced Excel user (m/f/d).
• Good communication skills, spoken and written.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, German is an advantage.
• Team player (m/f/d), but can also work independently.
• Living in the Utrecht region
