Your Role

We are looking for an Account Developer to join our team and help us build out our account approach and processes. You will play a foundational role within our Account Development team, which is responsible for our account approach across NLC. This role focuses on supporting our Venture Partners in having productive conversations with our partners including most notable large healthtech corporate organisations, and academic institutions.

You should be an early career commercial talent with the potential to grow with our rapidly scaling organisation. You will be teaming up with very experienced NLC team members who will be keen to help you grow your commercial skills and experience.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting Venture Partners and other customer-facing team members prepare, run, and follow up on meetings with our customers, large healthtec companies
  • Support our account teams to improve our relationships with global academic institutions, leading to the inflow of more high quality technologies for venture building
  • Act as the linking pin between our portfolio ventures and our corporate partners to improve collaboration between them
  • Own and run our planning cycles for our main customers, enabling the right customer plans to be created and executed
  • Follow up on action items identified in customer meetings, including running follow-up meetings independently with the customer
  • Plan, prepare and participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance our visibility as the leading healthtech venture organisation
  • Travel: 10-20%, mainly within Europe and the US

You will be part of the the NLC Account Development team

Your profile:

  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in a commercial role
  • Experience in or preference for the Healthtech space
  • Commercial acumen & strong communication skills
  • Mental flexibility to develop creative yet realistic solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest complex information
  • Teamplayer who communicates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of implementing and executing process frameworks
  • Fluent in English
