ABOUT THE ROLE

As our People Partner, youll play an amazing & pivotal role in pushing the boundaries on our people agenda. You’ll continue to shape our company culture, obsessing about talent growth, and driving organizational effectiveness and impact. Youll collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams and leaders to champion our people and our values, nurture a diverse and inclusive workplace, and ensure that our people strategies align and bring to life our business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support our growth trajectory and foster a dynamic, high-performing and talent obsessed culture.

• Drive and partner with the people team on the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and extraordinary experience for all team members.
• Be involved in talent acquisition efforts by sourcing best in class talent, giving engaging interviews, and implementing agile and focused recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement performance management processes that empower employees to achieve their full potential and contribute to our success.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, HR policy, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
• Design and deliver learning and development programs to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
Stay informed about industry trends and what’s hot in HR, proactively recommending improvements and innovative solutions.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelors Degree / level thinking
• 4+ years experience in HR ideally within a people facing role
• Familiarity with HR policies, employment law and compliance requirements
• Experience with recruitment processes and onboarding
• Knowledge of designing and implementing training programs for employee growth
• Experience in contributing to or leading initiatives that enhance company culture
• Proficiency using HR software and tools
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong empathy and emotional intelligence
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with key team members & stakeholders
• Excitement to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain trust

WHAT WE OFFER

You will be working 4 days a week from our stunning office in the centre of Amsterdam, and have the possibility to work one day from home if you like.
